The thing that we love most about Spark is our community.  We have some of the most selfless volunteers.  When a community comes together to literally build a theater from the ground up, you learn that there really is amazing strength in numbers.  Especially, when you combine those numbers with heart.  Though we do not "require" volunteer hours, we encourage you to get involved.  There are several opportunities to volunteer and there is no contribution too small!

PRODUCTION VOLUNTEER: These are volunteers who typically have a child in one of our shows.  They volunteer for jobs that are specific to the production in which their child is involved.   This could be anything from helping to build set or simply bringing snacks during tech week.  FOUNDATION VOLUNTEER: These are individuals who are willing to contribute their time, talents, skills, and abilities in any capacity to build the foundation.

Spark "Wish List"

We are often asked, "What do you need?"

Below you will find a list of items that we need regularly:

  • Paint Brushes and Rollers

  • Clothing hangers (especially for pants and skirts)

  • Plastic bins with lids for storage (sizes ranging from plastic shoe boxes to 30 gallons totes)

  • Gift Cards to Target, Walmart, Home Depot, or Lowe’s

Things we are currently fundraising for:

  • New LED lights to replace our can lights. They are much more functional and take way less energy!

  • Cabinets and Counters for our art room.

  • Roller shades for our front windows.

  • Flooring for the lobby area and restrooms.
