Fall 2025 Student Intern Interest Form
We’re thrilled that you’re interested in joining Spark’s Student Internship Program! Whether your role is as a student director, choreographer, tech, or more, this opportunity will equip you with valuable, hands-on experience that can open doors to a future career in the industry. Student internships not only look impressive on college applications, but they also provide essential real-world skills.
We welcome applicants who have been part of our program for at least one year and are currently enrolled in one of our classes. It’s important that interns understand Spark’s culture, values, and expectations, and can represent what we stand for. While we are unable to select every applicant, we thoughtfully review all submissions.
When selecting interns, we consider:
How well the student interacts and collaborates with others
Whether they reflect Spark’s core values: humility, creativity, innovation, respect, kindness, motivation, dependability, commitment, inclusivity, and teamwork
Consistency in being prepared and on time for rehearsals
Behavior and engagement in their own classes
A genuine passion for their craft and a desire to inspire younger, aspiring artists
